Commentary from Pastor Michael White:

And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. – Acts 4:14

The religious rulers wanted to prove Jesus was not God. However, here was a man who had been miraculously healed in the name of Jesus. What could they possibly say to that? Jesus had walked the earth and healed everyone He encountered for three years straight; and now Peter and John were healing people in His name!

Once you see God heal, everything changes.

My faith is no longer subject to an intellectual debate because I have seen God move right in front of my eyes. I have prayed for a young woman and watched as her leg grew 4 inches right in front of me. I have prayed for a 6-week-old infant who was miraculously healed of a liver condition; doctors canceled her liver transplant at the eleventh hour and could cite no medical explanation for the miracle that had taken place. I have seen bone spurs retract into feet, spines curved by scoliosis straightened upright, and people with canes throw them out because they didn’t need them anymore. I know God is real, because I have seen Him in action.

Once you see Jesus heal, there is no questioning God. Do you want to be a powerful witness to the men and women in your city? Pray for healing, and watch what God does. He will prove His word beyond the shadow of a doubt. Nobody will ever be able to tell you God is not real – ever again.

Prayer:

Father, I invite You to heal people through me in the name of Jesus. I want to see people healed! I want my faith to be solidified – beyond the shadow of a doubt – with supernatural testimonies!
